  • Your satisfaction is important to us. Here's our return policy:

    Items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase. To start the process, kindly contact us to indicate your intent to return the item, and we'll guide you through the necessary steps.

    Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing.

    Please note:

    Gift cards are not eligible for return.

    We refund only the charges for returned products. Shipping costs and return labels are not provided and are your responsibility.

    Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return amount.

    For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  • We want you to love your purchase! If, for any reason, you need to exchange an item, please take note of the following:

    Size Accuracy Check: Prior to placing your order, we strongly advise referencing our size guide to ensure accurate sizing.

    Customer Error: In cases where an incorrect size is ordered, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

    Our Error: If the wrong size or item was shipped by us, we will cover all shipping costs for the exchange.

    Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. Items must be in their original condition for an exchange to be processed.

  • Please allow 1-3 week days for order processing before shipment.

    Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method during checkout. Depending on your location, delivery typically ranges from 3 to 10 days to receive your items.

  • After placing your order, expect to receive tracking details via the email provided during checkout.

  • To modify or cancel your order, please get in touch with us within 5 hours of placing your order.

    Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

  • Once the products have been shipped, changes to the shipping address become challenging.

    However, please contact us promptly, and we'll make every effort to assist you.

  • While we take utmost care in preparing each package for safe delivery, unforeseen issues during transit can occur. If you encounter any problems, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

    Please include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any relevant details regarding your order. This will allow us to promptly address and resolve the matter for you.

    Review your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.

    Check with your local post office to inquire about your package's status.

    Consider asking your neighbors if the courier might have left the package with them.

    If the shipping address was accurate and the package isn't found elsewhere, please contact us with your order number for further assistance

  • In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, we advise taking the following steps:

    Contact the courier service: Initiate a direct inquiry with the courier company using the provided tracking information to investigate the package's status or potential whereabouts.

    File a claim: If the package is confirmed lost or stolen by the courier, promptly file a claim with the courier service to seek resolution.

    Please note, AKIRAM & CO. cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped and a confirmation email containing tracking details has been sent. We encourage customers to review their shipping information carefully and consider additional delivery protections such as insurance or signature confirmation for high-value items.
